ok so i'm sick. there was a crazy virus going around the office last week and i was so smug because i hadn't caught it. well, friday i woke up with a sore throat and it's been downhill from there. the worst part is that everyone in my office is still sick so i'm thinking i'll be sick for at least another week and a half.
the point of this is that i took a Tylenol Cold last night hoping it would help me sleep (it didn't). why do they taste good? why do pharmaceutical companies spend millions of dollars and hundreds of hours creating a minty/sugar coating for a pill that you're supposed to swallow right way? WHY?! i'd much rather they spend all that money and time developing a pill that will work faster and help me sleep.
i decided that since i couldn't sleep i'd watch Quigly Down Under. Tom Selleck is such a badass.
