HAPPY CLEAN SLATE 2008!

I spent new year's eve with friends at a club. nothing spectacular, but it was fun. i made porch climbers which always makes for a good night!




porch climbers recipe and rules...

-one can of frozen pink lemonade
-a mickey of gin
-6 beers. (preferably Keiths if you're lucky enough to live in Canada)

pour the beer on an angle and try to keep as much of the fiz as possible. don't stir too fast or the mixture will fiz and overflow. it sounds like a gross drink but trust me... after the first half cup it'll taste fine! important! it's basically pure alcohol.. pace yourself with these please!



i've had a pretty relaxing two weeks off. back to work on monday
