Had a good day at work. I left when it was still light outside for the first time in ages; that felt great!
I left a party at 12:15 to go home and do laundry. I have a pair of pants that I want to wear to a show tomorrow night that need to be hung to dry and I don't have time to do it tomorrow. I'm waiting for the wash to be finished so I can hang them then go to sleep. Sometimes I wish I was still living at home so my Mom could everything for me. Then I could have stayed out tonight...
I honestly only went out so that my friends wouldn't be all pissy that I decided to stay in to sleep on yet another Friday night. I wish they understood.
I bought a "little, black dress" today on my way home. It's a strapless, empire waisted, knee-length satin dress with a large satin bow in the back. I tried it on yesterday and put it on hold. I have nothing to wear it to, but I really have always wanted to own something I felt beautifull in... so I bought it. It was 101.43$. Now it's sitting in my closet, waiting for a special event.
I think I shaved my leg to soon since I've had it tattooed. It's been two and a half weeks? I don't have any peeling happening anymore, but I shaved this morning and the area is quite sensitive to the touch. The skin feels tight and hurts when I brush up againts anything. I'm keeping it moisturized though. Tomorrow I may have to pay a visit to my artist and ask for his advice. I'm worried he'll be upset that I was impatient...
I have less then 15 days before I get to see my beloved Dropkick Murphys in concert once again. There's something unique about looking forward to seeing your favorite band play. It's like kissing a puppy on the head, or letting a steaming hot shower pour over you after a cold day...
