So got my annual review yesterday, and was basically penalized because I work too hard. Which sucks in two ways. 1) I do work too hard, so it sucks to get criticized on top of it. 2) It cost me around 2K in salary for the next year. Not to mention my boss is genuinely concerned that I will come into work sporting an automatic weapon, and clean house. ( Her words )
