well honestly this one really got me thinking, my favorite fictional character. i thought long and hard and id have to say its Lucy, from the Chronicles of Narnia. If youve never read the books, then you wont understand why. in the books she was always the essence of innocence. she was the youngest and she discovered Narnia. Its was Lucy who believed enough to make their adventures possible. her childlike blind faith made her the most wise character out of the siblings. i could go on forever as to why Lucy was so relatable for me. the bottom line is, even when she gets older in the later books, she holds onto her childish awe for the world around her, and in a way it makes her seem more mature and all knowing than anyone. ive always thought that if people could just remember their childhood and the way they thought as a child, the world could be alot more simple. things are so simple in a childs mind, and all the underlying meanings we put into things are there only for that reason. we put them there. I love Lucy's ability to hold onto the essence of chilish wonder.
