Okay, I am trying to understand this band that is friggin popular apparently and I just can't get into them....Owl City. What makes him/them so great? I hear that blasted song "Fireflies" on the radio and it makes me want to scream in a not-so-good way. I know....to each their own....and I am trying to understand it. But damn, the lyrics...."...."Cause I get a thousand hugs from ten thousand lightning bugs"!?!? Wow....sorry if I pissed off some people and I will now go back into my cave.

I don't get them either. I find the singer's voice annoying, all the songs sound the same, and the lyrics are just so...precious...
