what- nobody liked the shower curtain? i liked that one! well, okay- there's the one with the glasses. i think i look a little creepy there, but, whatever floats your boat! also, since i have contacts, i can see either way, but lately i've been wearing my glasses more often than not- mainly b/c i never go anywhere! glasses are just easier, not to mention less irritating.
on saturday night, i watched 'the green mile' on television (i told you i never go anywhere!). i'd avoided watching it before, even though it looked like it MIGHT be a good movie, simply b/c, when it came out, my first instinct was to groan, 'not another tom hanks tear jerkin' drama!' but, when it came on abc the other night, i tried it, and it was pretty good. anyway, though, my husband and i were watching it, and, there was this guy in it- he was this cajun dude who had a pet mouse named 'mr. jingles'-and he looked SO familiar to us. we couldn't figure out where we had seen him before, and it was driving us crazy! then, the next morning, we were watching sesame street with our daughter, and we realized exactly where we'd seen him before. that guy is mr. noodles brother, mr. noodle- from elmo's world. some of you probably know who i'm talking about. personally, i've always despised elmo, and have been of the opinion that the little red furball should be boiled in oil. then they ruined sesame street by putting 'elmo's world' in the last 20 minutes (why don't they just make elmo's world a separate show? jeez!). when i first introduced charlotte to sesame street, i would turn it off when elmo's world came on and pretend sesame street was over. she really liked him when he appeared in other parts of the show, though, so i thought i might as well let her enjoy elmo if she likes him. oh, well- at least it's not barney! anyway, on elmo's world, when he's 'mr.noodle's brother, mr. noodle,' he never speaks, and does mainly physical comedy and pantomime. i was really suprised to find out that he's also a dramatic actor, and a good one, too! he's probably been in a million other movies i've seen, but just never knew who he was..
i am so fucking tired. i'm gonna try to take a nap; i hope i'll be able to sleep. i don't wanna go to work today.

I'd rather not reveal exactly what my boss said on a somewhat public website ya know. I'll just say that it is a preposterous statement to anyone who knows my character.
