Pluto is conjunct the Galactic Center 2006 Through 2007
by Robert Wilkinson
"The Galactic Center is simply a point in spacial orientation for our Solar system, like the cosmic "straight in." It's the source of a lot of speculation, some seemingly more plausible than others." In any case, Pluto conjunct this power point portends major shifts and changes in our future.
I have read that the Galactic Center represents a "transpersonal link" and is said to play a role in technological inventiveness, though I have no specific correlations. Supposedly it is where "cosmos is speaking," and currently occupies a point somewhere around 26 Sagittarius 57 minutes. It's a degree of originality, creativity, and unique self-expression. I'm sure that Pluto on that point between February and May 2006 is awakening seeds of something large, since that's what Pluto does.
Pluto's stationary retrograde point in late March fell on that exact degree, so there will be manifestations of this emergent energy showing us a larger collective future at the Solar, Mercurial, Venusian, and Martian squares and oppositions to that degree.
It is significant that this was very close to the Mercury stationary retrograde point in late February and early March, and the exact degree of the Mercury squares.. The Sun was lower (waxing) square to Pluto in mid-March, Mars opposed that point in early April, Mercury again squared that point in mid-April, and will oppose it June 1, 2006.
The Sun will oppose that point in mid-June 2006, Venus will oppose it in July, and Mars will upper (waning) square that point in early September, followed quickly by the Mercurial and Solar waning square to that point (and Pluto) in mid-September.
Pluto again transits that point in December 2006. We will have Venus, Sun and Mercury all conjunct Pluto during December, and these seeds will be energized in January 2007 when Mars transits that degree and conjuncts Pluto in mid-month. Pluto will retrograde back to that point in mid-July 2007, staying there until it goes stationary direct on that exact degree in September 2007, and finally leaves that degree in late October 2007.
Of course it will be important to track the Pisces square, the Gemini opposition, and the Virgo square during 2007 by the Sun, Mercury, Venus and Mars, since these will be the release points to the cycles that started with the conjunction at the Galactic Center by the inner planets and the Sun in December 2006.

just kidding. josh and i were talking with caro last night about pluto and what the effects of them voting it out of the solar system are. and she explained what i think you just said in easier to digest language.
I wish you an inspirational weekend, sweetie.
