the world has gone mad and i'm loving it.
my creative partner and i have been blessed w a budget to finish our album, which has been 2 years in the making. i'm going crazy right now getting mixes together and sorting out all the duties for our producers to work on. the legal stuff is insane but somehow i've ended up with the perfect scenario for what we've tried to do forever now.
- we're getting private music lessons from Maestro Curtis (producer of earth wind and fire, teacher @ globe school in SF) he is teaching us sound healing, aroma therapy and crystals...and he totally believes in our music and is going to hook us w his mentor when we get to LA.
- by sheer fate my partner has inherited the right sum to move to LA and to produce and press our album
- my oldest friend and musical mentor is doing very well in LA as an orchestrator for movie scores. he has agreed to help us produce this record, use it to start his publishing company and to offer it to his superiors for consideration for use in films or tv.
- i'm going to be recording live drums and guitars in NYC in october for the record.
- i then drive my car cross country to SF and then move to LA.
- right now i have the perfect job at a slow paced liqour store, where i'm standing right now typing all day. i watch movies, mix audio and play online all day and get paid. i just have to ring beer when someone comes in.
so these are the blessings in my life right now. i am posting them here so everyone can see that i am most thankful for this path that is unfolding before me.
