i went with sam and his sister to pick him out a puppy yesterday. he got the cutest little fluffball. we went to a breeder who was selling short haired, solid black german shepherds. apparently they are some sort of version of the typical german shepherd, i think they were called western german shepherds or somthing along those lines. well, one of the puppies, regardless of having short haired black parents, came out with a recessive gene, and was tan with black tips and markings, and had long hair. she looked like a baby wolf. he picked her immediatly. apparently, these puppies are often bought by providence police officers becuase they are very smart and make good police dogs. she doesn't have a name yet. any suggestions?

I'm from the vegan group, and I decided to snoop into your journal. Those shoes were pretty costy. About the dog's name- I got into linguistics some time ago and began naming my pets foreign words that were untranslatable, but had great meanings. For instance, my cat is Piston (piece-TAHN) which is a french word that means "A friend in a high place." There are tons of great ones: "Rasa"- (sanskrit) "The mood or sentiment that is evoked by a work of art." OR "Wabi"- (japanese) "A flawed detail that creates an elegant whole."
Just a suggestion.
