What a long week - and it's only Tuesday!
Need to be up around 4:30 - have a car picking me up at 5:15. Taking an early Acela to Newark for a 2 day conference. Way too much going on to be leaving for 2 days. I have a new Ops Manager I'm training, trying to get the end of month and end of quarter reports together, just signed a BIG contract with a local hotel and one of my biggest accounts is having their Board of Directors meeting in NYC next week. Everything has to go perfect. I hope I don't have to go there to oversee the group. They'll be in town for maybe 6 hours - the company we're doing this for will already have 2 of their own people on site to oversee everything. I'm not even prepared for the conference I'm going to. Haven't had any time to get ready for it. Hopefully, I can get my stuff done on the train.
When I get back Friday, I need to do payroll cuz the book keeper is out this week. Did I mention we're installing a new phone system next week?
Major stress lately

i wish i had helpful advice, but i deal horribly with stress myself. sometimes though (if i remember to) i'll let myself stop for a minute, close my eyes, relax my shoulders, and rotate my wrists and ankles a few times. make sure i'm breathing correctly, etc. kind of a wakeup call to prevent overload.
