Sitting here online and I really need to get moving. Felt rundown all week so I haven't been to the gym since Sunday. Of course, I have been out almost every night celebrating in one way or another.
The one thing that strikes me as I sit here is the change in the neighborhood. Looking out the window, I love the fact that so many places are fixed up. Grand old Victorians painted to match their glory days - but I do miss the Crayola House. A good sized turreted Victorian that was mostly painted with green and pink, with a couple of very visible numbers on the white sections (like a paint by numbers picture) and a huge green Crayola crayon attached to one side of the building. It's all grown up now - it's lost it's whimsical nature.
