We're moving in 10 days. I didn't think it would be possible, but the new house is actually smaller than the one we are living in now. It will save us $800 a month though so I think I can live with giving up a few pieces of furniture. Hopefully it's only temporary- probably until around July.

Yes, it is through a community program that runs it through the college. It's basically teaching us how to make a business plan and run all of our numbers. I also have to take a finacial class with it. i just finished with figuring out my net worth. Interesting.
