The folks at the apartment in PA are expecting me to pay rent on an apartment I've never been in, never seen and will never set foot in until they rent it out to someone else and I'm just supposed to trust they're going to tell me when they've found a new tenant. . . . . . . . . So I'm paying for TWO apartments, indefinitely.
Anyone in the Bensalem area looking for a new apartment they want to help me with, perchance?????
