Also, the store I work in is undergoing remodel. It's a big pain in the butt. I no longer know where anything is and they dropped two of my departments together, Wizard of Oz tornado style, so there's like no room to move. Plus, the one other person they hired for my department disappeared, so I get her share of the work too. But, I'm still managing and staying positive. The management seems to love me for being able to do the workload I've got, whether or not that's a bad thing...
And, they shut down the fabric coming into my store. I do have a great bit of fabric that I haven't done anything with myself but, if I ever need anymore I'll have to go to a specialty store where it'll be all expensive-y. Say what you will about Wal-Mart, but you can't deny the convenience of it all.
I got a cheongsam. I always wanted one. Don't ask why. From what I've seen getting them fancy and new is hella expensive, so I was browsing vintage clothing sites. Turns out cheongsams were in style in the 80's so a couple will pop up every now and then. This one is the right size, but I had to hack off the sleeves due to my massive shoulders .
