There's little use in trying to restore control to a situation that's naturally chaos, right? If a situation favors chaos naturally, than chaos would be the control and restoring it to chaos would be restoring it to the control, right? This is how I feel about the Halloween Section at work. The natural state of it is to be pretty jacked up, I mean a store is a living breathing thing and if it wasn't getting shaken out like a dirty rug, it would be a bad thing because it would imply people are not buying things, right? In any case, it's a real pain to work with. People always want to try on everything, even removing tags that are in their way and opening things that are sealed without a way to close them back. And, that breeds an environment that encourages the less scrupulous patronage of our fair store to take advantage of the open packaging and missing bar codes.
I still like working in that section, its neat.
Nothing much is happening outside of work. It's been kind of miserable out. Really dark and rainy with a few days of sunshine in between. Also, got more ideas for craft project type thingies. It happens every time I have to be in the craft section at work for more than and hour. I see something neat, get and idea, then my idea gets and idea and I end up making something.
Also, the Creature from the Black Lagoon.
