I had a birthday cake 3 months late. Apparently there was an issue about making it with cookies which causes that ingredient to disappear...fast...into people's stomachs. Still worth the wait. Oddly enough, it was finished right before my dad's birthday. Which is today. But, it's cool. My dad doesn't like cake apparently.
My dad is totally awesome even if he has the corniest sense of humor on the planet, (which is actually kinda charming, or so I've heard) plus he's smart and I don't want to get into "my dad can beat up your dad territory but I know who my money is on. (Also, he and my mom get it on like cats, the sly dog.)
So, I sorta finished my costume, but the tunic is kinda screwed up with paint smudges. I'm gonna redo it with the leftover fabric, though I already threw out the cross stencil I made. I'm liking it altogether though (and, I needed a new project to work on myself since I kinda misplaced the top of a dress I was making). I found a winter hood thing at work that's perfect and the same color as the sweatshirt.
Also, there's candy. Nothing like the solid chocolate tombstones last year, but they've got these really badass candy test tubes and beakers that I wanna buy for kicks.
But, man. I need to make more friends around here, which is hard since my Bromigopadre Supreme Forevah totally left as a transfer student to New York after just finishing saying in Oregon and there's still a big move looming around that I still don't know the date to...I may have to just give up and haul ass back to Tennessee. At least I was enjoying myself more in Knoxville.
Also, Frankenstein. You can't go wrong with a classic.
Also, Frankenstien. You can't go wrong with parodying a classic.

I would love to live right outside of the city, it's kind of my dream.

Thanks! Yeah, that thread has some fucking idiots in it and I decided to just stay out of it rather than being so angry I want to throw my lap top. It' sad how uneducated some "educated" people are.
