Dang. I saw a gif of a crazy brain monster on Tumblr and google-fu'd it. It was THE BRAIN FROM PLANET AROUS! This movie is cheesy, but surprisingly well paced. And that guy's face when he does the brainsplodey thing is actually scary.
And the whole thing was on Youtube.

I'm fairly sure I'm going to spend this Valentine's day writing the most self indulgent romance novel ever.

Welp! Good news is, this year will have to be better if my house doesn't die in a fire, I don't have to quit my job and move. Anything will be a step up from 2011.
