Ok, so..I finally hit a breakthrough with the ex and got him to admit that he just wants to date lots and lots of girls. Mind you, I had offerred ample opportunities for him to admit to this healthy concept, but he instead chose to lie, cheat, and steal....but all is worked out now and we are on friendly terms since the end of the lying has finally taken place. So I promise I won't be complaining about ex-boy anymore!!!
This whole situation has raised a larger issue for me however, and that is, why is it so hard for people to be honest with eachother in relationships. I feel like we should all be mature enough at this point to realize that our desires are normal and we should do what we need to do for ourselves and expect others to understand that, all while realizing that the other also has a right to make an informed decision about their own life based on the truth. Besides the fact that we are all at an age now that we are probably curious about the same things, and therefore it would be more beneficial to have the balls to ask for what you want, and you might just get it! At least, that's what I think.
I started running by the lake today and it was soo lovely, although I am out of shape! My running friend gave me some pointers on how to get started so I did a lot of running 3 minutes, walking three minutes but all in all I think it was productive. Hopefully soon I will be able to run like those other in shape bastards you see hoofing it all over town in their little running shorts.
That's all for me!
