I'm the new UpstateSGNY group owner and i'm popping into people's journals from the upstate area to invite them to join the group! biggrin

i'm hoping to get enough new members interested in events to have get togethers and large events (possibly a darien lake day, or something to that effect). so stop by and see what's up... i promise there isn't even any sort of weird initiation (well, unless you want there to be... lol).

at least this past weekend rocked, ruffy won 8th place, out of 20, at his first show back since breaking his leg last year! scootie said "see-ya" to all the losers and took off with first place by over 10 points, he's so bad ass!! i will have pix...

so half way home to cleveland today i realized i forgot some very important things and had to turn all the fucking way around and drive back the 2.5 hrs i just drove, back to roc.

i'm also now thinking about cutting my hair. it's currently like upper middle of my back length and i'm thinkin' above the shoulders... i'll have to ruminate on this...

so to supplement my minimalistic income from the vets i have now engaged in slave labor at the farm where i keep my horses. funny thing is it's the most fulfilling and rewarding work i have ever done. however despite my efforts with 60+ spf sunscreen i am still rocking a slight farmers tan, as well as numerous cuts and scabs from building and tearing...

have you ever decided you don't like something just because an ex, or someone you don't get along with anymore loves it? for example, a specific band or tv show they were totally into, you can now not stand? if nothing else, that is a good reason to keep the people you date down to a minimum so you don't end up hating everything... blackeyed
