Today I wake up around 8:30 in the morning and decide to call Gateway computers and tell them about the problem I've been having with mine. I call and I get this lady that I cant even understand what shes saying and had to keep asking her over and over again and after 2 hours of talking to her and her telling me to put my computer in safe mode and explaining how my computer keeps freezing and making a constant beeping sound all of a sudden why im on it and then wont turn back on after you shut it off for a couple hours she cant figure out how to put my computer back into normal mode and she hangs up on me. I was soo mad and already upset cause I thought my computer was screwd, so I call back and talk to another guy and he tells me I can only fix it with a windows XP cd which we moved and I lost it so now i'm really mad. So I got off the phone with him and sat on the computer myself and then my dad comes over and we figured out how to restore it to december 1st the date b4 the problems happened and got it out of safe mode and back to normal. It's pretty sad when you have people getting paid to do a job and I was on the phone for over 2 hours with them and got nothing done and me and my dad figured out how to put it back to regular mode in 2 minutes. So now I either need to get someone to look at my computer and figure out why its doing that beeping and freezing thing or get a new computer which i dont have money for so grrr
