I have a lot of girl friends who either date guys who take advantage of them, or they are single and are utterly desperate for acceptance. It almost doesn't even matter who the guy is just as long as he likes, oh god, he better like her. It's upsetting. I think I was like this at one point. But what these girls aren't seeing is that even though you think your mission is a good one, to fall in love, it's totally fucking you over. Because it's selfish. Fall in love with yourself first! Jeez. If you seeking after these men to love you, to feel better or comforted or affirmed... then all you are going to find is someone who is doing the same. It wont matter who you just like it doesn't matter you to you who they are. Jeepers! Sometimes I just want to shake these girls and say shut the fuck up! Look how fucking beautiful you are, why does it matter what this complete stranger thinks!? What about your thoughts, what do you think about yourself! Arghghghghgh!
