I am not broke anymore due to the fact that I am a paid intern 29 hours a week plus I babysit for upwards of 3 families/week. It's been a lucrative summer!
This weekend is my 21st birthday party! I couldn't have it on the real day because that would be the second day of Junior year haha. I think birthdays can be the loneliest time of the year. Maybe that's because nobody cares about you on the second or first day of school, which is has fallen on plenty of times. I am really excited about this weekend, though! The actual day, not so much... my man will still be out to sea
I miss him sooo much... 6 months=half a year, which is a really really long time. The toughest part is the lack of communication, which is excellent when he's in port and then completely dies out when he goes back under.
