Yesterday a great man was lost to the world. Superman had long been one of my favorite heroes and I'd endlessly watch the movies with Christopher Reeve when I was growing up. That man just was Superman to me. When I'd first heard of his accident, I took it pretty hard then. But as the years went on and I saw how much work he was putting into paralysis research, I just knew I'd see the day when he would walk again. That man's perseverance was an inspiration to many.
