Hello All
Its been nearly two weeks since my last update, and there not a lot to update on but...it being me..there's PHOTOS!
Last Monday I finally got round to meeting with the WRVS for my community writer placement which I have to do next semester for uni..it went REALLY well and fingers crossed for me starting on January 10th
Tuesday sucked as despite the snow , ice and more snow I had to go to the Dentist. BLEH...its a good job he's cute or I would have certainly bit his head off for making me come out when it was cold and dark and sloppy
There was a very nice view from my window though:
It's Wednesday, its freezing and everything is getting me down....my storage heaters do nothing and I feel like uni work is crushing me...I need a break. I know the trains are bad, I know there is snow covering the country, do i care?
bags packed and flat tidied in afew hours and after a 50 minute delay and a two hour train ride I get to London for much needed hugs from Anonwhymous
At this point, even though I packed uni work to bring with me and books to read, I still manage to kill time sitting with the cat watching TV - strange since I have never watched so much TV in my life as I have in the past two months
SG LONDON MEET
I got to see the most gorgeous rosieBlue and her other half, of whom I approve
I also got to see Umeko, Wilona and many more beautiful faces
Masses of hugs and drinks are distributed

My LONG weekend also included going to see a TV recording of a new game show for this History Channel called 'Histerical', a good night, just the bitter cold travelling back that, had I been out any longer, I may have lost my fingers to.
I've been back since Tuesday night when the trains finally decided they would run properly again even though this included an unplanned diversion to Stafford. I have until the 17th to do everything that needs doing for uni and the flat before I get to go to Brighton for a long weekend and then Christmas

Yes Christmas...as if today its 15 sleeps and I have been opening my advent calender every day (I got 5 chocolates when I came back tuesday)
I am all kinds of nervous about spending Christmas with someone...the traditional meal for one and badly planned TV has been shoved away and all I can think is...what will the new year bring?
HURRAY for friends who keep me going and wish me luck - you are ALL amazing xxxxxx

That was a really great night. Love that picture of us
HIStERICAL was funny but there were quite a few flaws in their set up. Hopefully, if they do make a series out of it, they will make adjustments to the format.
