Hello all
Right, I am going to try and update as much as I can, pictures included. Feel as if my feet have not really touched the floor this past month. There has always been something to do and when I do rest I sleep like a log for about half the time I probably should. Not a problem, It was well worth it.
I went to Manchester as a chaperone for my friend and her first meeting with a guy who turned out to be very sweet indeed. He and his friends busk in Manchester centre and so we joined in, I figured out I have got rythmn after all - I got a few compliments on my contributions and we went home smiling and a little tipsy
The group on their facebook is called 'Wild at heart' and they are brilliant
The same friend turned 28 the week after so we hosted a birthday party in her front room and i got to make party sarnies and cocktail sticks with pineapple, cheese and cocktail sausages on.YUM. It was like product line in a factory in my kitchen that morning. It was great fun and I managed to purchase Truth or Dare game cards from Amazon for the occasion (might being these along to Mirishal's later this month if requested). There are some things that are best not videoed and stuck on you tube lol
These are randoms from the garden centre at Trentham gardens - I WANT THEM! I was taken out for the say with a friend to Stafford and we nipped here later in the day, We combine Christmas and birthday presents each year around August cuz we don't see each other that often, unfortunately these are a bit over the budget and i don't have a garden.
I met a new person this month and got along famously with her. The casino bar and restaurant have become my favourite places to chill, and the food is fantastic. The waiter knows us by name and every so often a new person joins us. I love meeting new people.
The best part of this month is that I have seen Tragique. She came down to visit her family and we got to meet up a few times. I met another new person - a friend of hers and we hung out, we opened my living room windows and made giant bubbles
We also went to see Shrek forever after, it is on par with the third one I think, cant beat Shrek 1 and 2! I also showed her the crochet ash tray and cigarette My ex made for his friend (he asked for a totally useless present)
Both these items make for a relaxing afternoon
It was wonderful to see her and we made a night of it in Manchester in friday/saturday before she went back to Scotland. we saw:
Ortus
Ershin and Emya
Amy__
I have never met Emya or Amy__ before but they were both fantastically great people and Emya let us crash at hers over night...when we finally went to sleep.
Random items that were found in my bag the following morning: a fake purple rose with the end missing, a shot glass (plastic) and a pack of marlboro reds, with 4 our of the 5 cigarettes broken, I seem to remember smoking the other one, though i still duno how i came to get the packet in the first place only remembering there was 3 in it at one point .There were also 2 condoms in my bag - no idea - it must have been a good night
This is what me and Tragique finally faced at about 3pm Saturday afternoon, the perfect meal after a perfect night.
Since I got back at some point Saturday evening, I have been very tired but very smiley. Being a female has its advantages, for example, no one can argue with you if you decide you want to go all the way to Morrisons even when its raining to find Cheesecake and YumYums and pick up some essentials while your there (like I needed an excuse lol)
Apart from posting some things I sold on Ebay and doing some reading for uni, I haven't done a lot this week but no matter, this is the time for rest before the mayhem begins again. I have been in contact with an aunt I havnt spoken to in a few years and shes invited me to christchurch for the weekend to see her and my cousins in september, I have Mirishal's get together in two weeks and I am going to Amsterdam in October, flying with Tragique and Kintoun and my train tickets to get there have arrived so I am all set.
I still haven't found time to get my tattoo 'Carpe Diem' done, I still have not decided on a font for it though so it may be a couple more weeks.
I am getting used to having my own bedroom and space a lot more these past couple of weeks. I enjoy being able to take up the whole bed and not get kicked and I have only myself to blame when I stand on the plug of the hair-dryer when I am in a rush. Things are well and running smoothly, what I really want now is some sleep....so, tata for now ladies xxxxx
