Hey all
Sorry I have not updated much. Lots has been happening so...
Me and my partner have split up, 3 years 9 months which is officially my longest relationship. He told me he just didn't feel that way about me any more, and of course I am still smitten and its gonna take a while but we have decided we can still be friends and we are gona stay living together as flat mates till I finish uni next July, maybe longer. We shall see how it goes. The thing is its so impractical and inadvisable to move out separatly and each of us can do stuff the other cant due to illnesses etc. We have had mixed reactions from people, most have been ok but some have suggested living together is 'weird' and suggested that 'living together when you break up is just wrong, you should make a clean break'. I have never been one to make a decision based on others opinions, I can hear their opinions and then make up my own mind. Its good to hear others POV but not to follow them for the sake of not upsetting them. So that's that. Cant believe its already been over 2 weeks, and i feel slightly guilty about enjoying the shopping trip I took for a new bed and things I needed for my room (I haven't had my own room since I was 18) We shall see
Also a friend has been staying with me due to her BF becoming a violent twat so we have sent the last few weeks sorting her out with somewhere to live, the solicitor, getting her stuff back and dealing with the police, all manic stuff but it has finally taken a big turn for the better. she is moving into her new place next week, fingers crossed. Its been weird having her here when me and my partner split but also nice to have the support. we have been sharing the spare room which will be my room when she leaves so we have grown quite close. it'll be weird to have a whole double bed to myself lol
Summer has officially started. All my uni work was handed in by the 5th May and although my plans for summer haven't really taken hold yet I still feel relief in knowing I have the time to prepare for my third year.
Oh man....I haven't taken any photos in ages -strange for me so there's no pics this time but maybe next time
Ah right my fish finger sandwich is ready - speak to you all soon
P.S to all the girls from Liverpool meet - I miss you ladies like madly and hope we meet again x
