Ouch. My brain hurts. I just finished watching the DVD special features for the movie "The Name of the Rose". I love watching behind the scenes stuff - interviews, background, the whole nine yards.
However the main documentary on this disc has my head spinning. It is a German documentary about the French director who brought an Italian author's book to the screen, which was filmed in English.
So try to picture listening to the director in French, who is then overdubbed in German, while an English translation is shown on the screen.
But it gets even better when F. Murray Abraham starts to speak in English, then is overdubbed in German, while the English subtitles run on the screen. It's like being in some sort of foreign language echo.
Next time I watch this documentary, it will be with the mute button on.

No, but I did have that song stuck in my head for some reason (the Motley Crue version, of course). I HAD to write it down, you know!

Heh kriss is wondering why you never answer her.
