It has been some time. Again... these women are beautiful. I'm grateful for these friendships. Let's get on with the bullet point blog:
*If I see or hear (especially hear) Sarah Palin one more time, I think I will swallow my own tongue. Someone make her go away.
*It is noble to want to make housing affordable to everyone. Sub-prime mortgages and extending credit to those who could never hope to pay it back is unconscionable. There is too much political blame to go around, and the Democrats are, sadly in abundance. But everyone who signed on a dotted line for a home with no money down or those who accepted an adjustable rate mortgage have no one to blame but themselves for the mess they're in.
*1960s Liberalism is dead.
*Manny Ramirez is a disappointing person. He now says that he told Pedro Martinez on his first day in Boston that he wanted to be traded. Nice.
*Watching Sarah Palin's interview on Fox News with Carl Cameron was disgraceful. When Katie Couric asked her even the most benign questions, she looked like a wounded sheep. A few days later, the most goofy Cameron asks her the same damned questions, and... yahtzee... she had all of the answers. A despicable piece of Right Wing theatre. When in doubt, please blame the "elite" media.
*Senator Obama has much explaining to do, and no one seems interested. That is scary.
*Wasn't John McCain a "maverick" 8 years ago? It's hysterical listening to all of the conservatives praise him when they detested him scant months ago.
*I vote for Fatality.
