i've only had one evaluation in 10 months. i was rated between average and above average on everything except appearance, which was excellent. this basically means i wear skirts every day. they told me i had to be more "out there" .. ie loud and gregarious. i told them i couldn't fake it.
privately, a drunken manager told me what i really need to do is learn how to be a straight-up bitch to everyone.
