The Tonic Ball thing last night went really well. I believe we raised quite a bit of money for Second Helpings
We were reminded by the venue owner that it was a benifit and that we shouldn't be so loud... ehh.. screw him.. from what I could see, we were the only band that played that actually had people dancing and paying attention.. most of the night, it was just people talking and socializing over the hum of really quiet music.
I'm really anxious for the show we have coming up with Swampass and The Last Vegas in a couple of weeks.. it should be a big show, plus the first time we've played locally (except for a couple of benifits) in ages...
the holiday season is here.. work has been crazy busy.. I have a feeling that I'm not doing as good of a job balancing work, rock band and my personal life and work may be suffering a bit... I'm going to make a conscious effort to be a better employee today... (did I just say that?? hope I didn't mean it)
