hey ho welcome to my journal! 
A you can see I havent really kept my journal till now. But the SG community is so nice that Ive decided to start with a journal.
At first I am sorry for my shitty English, but Im a bit out of practice. I hope you can excuse that, and understand me well Ill take great trouble But writing my journal is the best way to practice. And practice makes perfect.
I am not sure, if anyone is interested what I write, but I dont care
Last weekend was really crazy. Good friends of mine The Gumbabies a Punkrock Band from Munich (Germany) visited me in Vienna (Austria) because they had a gig at the Arena on Saturday. They are 5 dirty, boozy and stinky punkrockers, plus there roady and two of their girls. All in all 8 people, including me 9, was slepping in my small room. It was really cuddly, smells tasty and pretty hot!
On Friday we went to the Danube Island Festival, Europes largest openair festival with more than one Million visitor and 27 stages and lasts 3 days. And best of all the entry is for free. But we were staying at the punkrock stage, it was a really huge party, we had fun without ending and we met many nice people. This night so many things happened, that I cant enumerate them.
Our new friend Stephi and Seppel, we get to know on this evening. Pretty haircuts!
On Saturday the Gumbabies had their gig at the Rattlesnake Jubilee at the Arena. Its the best performance venue for punkrock bands in Vienna I guess, for example tomorrow the Misfits will play there.
Rattlesnake a very famous punkrockstore in Vienna, and if you visit Vienna and you wand to go shopping, you should go there. At the jubilee 7 Bands played, the entry was also for free, and the first 300 guests got a T-shirt for free. Unfortunately it was the weekend of the Vienna island festival and so many people as usual came, but never the less, it was a great fun. The Gumbabies played a perfect show, with their amazing stage performance like blood splitting for example. I was cameraman, an therefore I got a backstage pass, that was damned cool because, I could drink for free, what ever I wanted the whole evening. But the best was the shower backstage! Yeah!
Actually the Gumbabies wanted to go home already on Sunday, but we had so much fun, that they shit about and stayed one night longer. On Sunday evening went again to Danube Island Festival where some Ska-Punk bands were playing at the punk stage. I liked Jan feat. U.D.S.S.R. most. Its an Austrian Band. We all drank a lot, it was really a great time... an for everyone it had disbursed to stay longer, except for Johann. We lost him in the crowd, his money bag was filched, he was arrested by police and spend the night in hospittal. Phil was looking for him the whole night and worried about him till he phoned us in the moring. But for everyone who knows Johann, it wasnt a surprise that such a shit happened. Last time he was in Vienna visting me he spent 2 whole days in hospital... and he hasnt even paid the hospital bill for the last time! Poor Johnny! Anyways: he has already nearly finished medicine at University, so he should know what he is doing. But never the less it was the best weekend for a long time, we had so much fun, and I hope I can tour with the Gumbabies next time to be their cameraman.
