I sent a help notification to SG and they suggested i try a few things.
(upload a new version of flash,try a different browser,join a group)
I updated my flash player yesterday..........
I tried using firefox and google chrome(as i normally use explorer).
I am a member of 45 groups,some public and some private.
I am also a group owner.
I have been able to get into chat for the last 2 years with no problems whatsoever....
well at least until Friday last week.
Any other suggestions...?

remember to update your virus scanning software and spyware software...those are the links I sent to NeNe. and all else fails, threaten to send your computer to Tunnel for a "lesson".
