I have officialy been cleared to race again by my Doctor.

He has given me strict instructions on how to strap my shoulder properly....but that shouldn't be a problem as im used to getting strapped

It has been months of painfull rehabilitation, but at last i can get back into the saddle.

I went to get licensed yesterday,and was told that i have to compete in a different class this year.

I am now officially a "senior"

I supose nothing really changes apart from the fact that i wont have to race against young aggresive whipper snappers
