In his latest report he justifies the fact of not paying out....for anything....by saying that the fire could have been prevented.
This is a fire that started 4 km down the road...and spread quickly, because of dry berg winds.
It jumped 5 breaks to get to my farm....where it jumped a further 3 breaks to destroy my barn,outbuildings and water pump.
21 days without water..............and still counting.
You know its bad when you cannot even enjoy a cup of freshly roasted coffee in the morning.
Good news is that Mandy and baby G have made it to 16 weeks.
We go for another scan tomorrow.
When things start getting me down....all i do is put my hand on her tummy....kiss it...and whisper sweet nothings to my quickly developing unborn child.
