In between farming,repairing storm damage,fighting with insurance,riding and Tattooing..................i have managed to attempt to build some Tattoo machines.
The frame designs are based on two traditional style machines...namely a Bulldog and a Jonesy.
As these are my first attempt,i have outsourced coils and A bars...but as of this week...i should be hand wrapping my own coils.
The Jonesy is set up as a Whip Shader(for soft delicate grey wash)
And the Bulldog is set up as a fast Liner(not quite a cutback...but still fast and punchy)

Sadly you are right in the fact that you gotta go overseas for decent alternative bands.
I guess I was just really spoilt when I was in the UK and now I'm missing Reading and Virgin Fests
