Everyone should hear the above record. It's such a beautiful piece of music, and although it's very manic and tribal, it seems to have a very 'clean' and relaxing vibe to it. A large amount of it was recorded next to the sea, and parts of it were even recorded underwater. It's good "wake up, coffee, smoke" music. Track it down, buy it from the net, or torrent it, but whatever you do, get it into your life.
In other news, I'm off back to the 'Pewl on Friday. The old man's giving me a lift up with some crap I'm taking back and then staying for two nights - no doubt I'll get him as wankered as he was last time.
I'm really looking forward to my second year of university. I'm the first to admit that I was a bit of a slacker in my first year, and whilst I wouldn't exactly say I pissed it away, I definitely could've spent more time working. It doesn't matter, and I was never bothered, because our first year doesn't count towards the degree anyway. However, second and third years do count, so I want to go head-down-arse-up all the way and prove what I'm capable of.
