I've heard that the first three days of quitting smoking are the worst. It has been over 72 hours since my last cigarette.

I just smoked my last cigarette ever. Quitting for good. Me and my friend Jamie are doing it together, and if one of us smokes, the other has to be a vegetarian for two weeks. We drew up contracts and everything.

Yeah I see it as pointless cause you just keeping your body filled with the shit but if it helps you quit in the end thats all that matters! Yes you are so right, I found that the worse. I'm not bothered about the cost. Just that I'd have to mess about getting to London and then mess about getting more than one plane. When i've never flown alone before it'd just be easier for me if I could just go from an airport near me, and get straight to where I want to go to. But, unfortunately, life isn't that simple lol
