well it looks like i wont be the only one leaving this hellhole. the exec-chef on the hot foods side told me today he was putting in his notice too. he was hired just a few days before me. i was beginning to think i was the only one who thought this place was a fucking mess. my last day will be sept. 4 i graduate on sept. 1 so then it will be on to bigger and better things. im just glad i stuck it out this long, cause in the end i will have learned some really important lessons. not so much about cooking as i had hoped but i figure that will just come with time and experiance. i really have learned that it takes more than being able to cook well to make a great chef. now i have to start working on getting back into school cause there is so much more shit i want to do. i really want to finish my psych degree cause i hate leaving things undone and im only two years from finishing
