so i just finished a menu i have been working for awhile now. im hoping to be opening my own restaurant with the next 2 year and ive been planning for awhile. it mostly Pacific Rim cooking. I started shopping it around with some of the chefs at school and ive gotten some really really good feedback some thats pretty damn awesome. im so damn tired now. ive been up since yesterday. i spent all night working on a project for school and had to be at work at 7am and then go to school after that. uh i need to go to sleep but i have so much other stuff to do... don't know how long eyes will keep working the brain stopped hours ago
