oh my this has been a long ass week. school has kicked my ass. i had a paper and presentation i had to give today and all week ive had to work with this guy who cant seem to make more than one dish a night. so that mean i have had to bust ass and then when i get all my shit done and he still hasnt got his shit done i get really fuckin' annoyed. i know i need to mellow out but shit im spending time and money out the ass at school and i work hard and i want to keep the excellent grades i have and when we are graded as a group i dont tolerate people that cant keep up. anyway this weekend im going out to eat at Rathbun's here in Atlanta and am really looking forward to that. oh and i have to fully design and cost out a full menu for a restaurant using only ingredients indigenous to a certain region of the US. well im gonna be busy
