so i gave my friend an eighth today to clean my apartment. well she was here for 4 hours and only cleaned my living room. and im a damn neat freak so it wasnt even that dirty. hehe wonder what she got to doing. well she said she would come finish tomorrow so tis all good. well i start me wine class tomorrow. that ought to be purty damn fun. i think ill go do some studing. wink wink nod nod

Wine class? I'm mad jealous. My uncle makes his own wine now after he took a class, and it's tastes awesome. It also has no presevatives in it either, but I'm not really sure what that means. Maybe you can explain it to me.

if im not mistaked it mean that the flavor of the grapes will fully come through. it will prolly end up aging better in the long run but im not fully sure
