another night of non-art... i can't seem to get anything done when i'm working closing shifts and by the time i get home, my back and my feet hurt, so i tend to just sprawl out in my bed.
i.e., right now, where i'm typing this, watching Battlestar Galactica (ieeee!), and drinking two tall cans of the finest PBR.
i'm so excited to get my skullflowers drawing tattooed on me on Saturday.
yesterday, after i went to the shop to get the consultation/appointment, i was outside a coffee shop drawing and this crazy old dude told me i should be a tattoo artist and gave me the name of a shop his buddy owns and tried to get me hooked up. it was pretty flattering but also a little unnerving. i was an apprentice when i was 17 years old and a senior in high school and my teacher lady died, so that kind of put a damper on things.
i dunno. am i good enough to be a tattoo artist? what do ya'lls think?
