i am the sea
i am the towering wave
i am the castle built by a child
i am the young architect
i am the sand
had touble going to sleep last night
ended up working out an american haiku
jack kerouac adapted the haiku
to fit more with the english language
instead of being so bound by sylabic counts
it seeks to capture a single moment
one snapshot of time
that implies action, a story, a result
as simply as possible
the one above has a sylabic structure
(polysylabic is one of my favorite words to say)
but it is incidental at best
really it was an accident
bless y'all
thanx for reading my poem
