There was a bat that flew into my apartment last night. My boyfriend and I went for a walk to the post office and to the grocery store. We came back with a few bags and left the door open for a few minutes. It must have flew in then. I wouldn't leave! My boyfriend tried tapping the screen and even lightly touching the bat. It wouldn't move. I didn't want to go near it. I am a dork. I didn't want it hurt either so we waited it out. About an hour later, the bat began to fly around the aprtment.
I opened the other door in case it found it's way out and turned off the ceiling fans. The rest of the time I stayed in a corner.
The bat finally found it's way out after being in our apartment for a few hours. Here's a picture of it hanging on our screen door.

In other news, my ears seem to be ok. No real explaination from the neurosurgeon though. He said that I was bound to have some post brain surgery sympoms. I have recently taken mysellf off of klonopin but both my neuosurgeon and neurologist seem to be ok with that.
