OK. First off I have to say that I am amazed by Maxi. She is a truly beautiful individual, aesthetically and in her soul. Also, I also love Hope. She is a really there cool chick as well. I just wanted to get that out into the universe. I hurt my back a few days ago trying to be a bad ass and push myself too hard. I swear exercise is like a drug to me. I always have to see how far I can go. I don't think that I did any major damage, just really sore. I am walking around like a troll, half bent over at times. I am going to do some yoga, very easily, to try to stretch out and give my back some relief. Other than that, nothing much has gone on. It's still Festival time here in the British Virgin Islands. Here are the cool things that I have seen.
