Hello. I spent most of today at the Immigration office, facing the firing squad.
It was so boring! They kept calling me back to an office then telling me to go back to the waiting room. After the third time, I sat down with Immigration Officer, Ms. Richards. She asked me tons of questions. What were my intentions? How long did I want to stay in the BVI? Blah, Blah, Blah. I was grilled basically. After the questions and me sweetly explaning myself she gave me a on month extention on my vistor's visa. My new date of departure is June 18, 2006. She said that if it was my boyfriends intent to keep me here, ha ha, nice wording. He needs to write a letter to the Chief Immigration Officer explaining that and I might be granted a visa that last until his ends. I know an Immigration Officer but he was working at one of the ferry docks today. I usually see him out on the weekends so I am going to get more information about this letter process. At least, for now, I have a month.
