Thighs aching... the things I do for fitness. So, I took the workout to a new level today, going from two sets of twenty to three. Wowie. Some of the exercises went better than others. I'm seeing the difference when I look at myself in the mirror, so between working out six days a week, cutting out crap food, and the whole no booze in Iraq thing, I'm slimming down quite nicely. I haven't hopped on a scale, since my weight isn't really an issue as much as what my PT score and gut size are.

sounds tiring but i guess ull feel better ...take care of oneself has that pheromone thing of happiness or something like that
