I am dripping with sweat after a four mile hill run. There is one hill on my post and I ran it. A lot. So a quick hydration break and then it's off to the gym for actual weights. Fun!

I can see now (sober) how that would appear to be written as regret, but the shots before the wedding has become more of a tradition with our group of friends when one of us gets hitched.

I did watch it, until 1/2 time, then was on the bike.

Should have guessed you can read Cyrillic. Yeah, Timosha Group. I suspect they are a export conglomerate. The ingredients are sugar, treacle (!), sunflower seeds, and vanillin. Great with tea or coffee.
