i was fortunate enough that when we split we were on opposite ends of the continent which made not seeing eachother very easy.
the last phone conversation was me screaming at her to just leave me alone and quit torturing me. she had said, at one point, that she didn't want me seeing someone else but she didn't want to be with me either.
that's when i started screaming.
she called my parents two years later...still wanting to be 'friends'. i wrote her an e-mail telling her how much the memories of our good times mean to me, and all I want from her now are to keep those memories as they are. I don't need updates. Apparently she does as a mutual friend says shes asks about me every time they talk.
